Pending availability, tickets for all shows are sold at the door paid for with cash or credit card. Credit card purchases will incur a small credit card processing fee.

Please note: We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as we are a limited-seating venue and sell-outs happen often.

Ticket Policy

Individual Ticket Sales 

General seating tickets for performances are $15 for most concerts, $20 for plays, and $25 for musicals. Special event ticket prices may vary. You may purchase tickets one of four ways:

1. Online: Purchase tickets with your credit card via our secure online ticketing vendor Ovation Tix. There is a $2.50 per ticket service charge for plays and $3.00 per ticket service charge for musicals when ordering online. Online ticket sales are available anytime up to two hours before each performance. Please note your credit card transaction will indicate TheaterMania, Inc., not Curtain Call Theatre.

2. By Telephone: Call the Ovation Tix Call Center at 866-811-4111 to purchase tickets with your credit card over the phone. Call Center hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., EST, Monday - Friday, and between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., EST, on Saturday and Sunday, except for the following national holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. There is a $2.50 per ticket service charge for plays and concerts and $3.00 per ticket service charge for musicals when ordering through the Ovation Tix Call Center. Call Center ticket sales are available anytime up to two hours before each performance. Please note your credit card transaction will indicate TheaterMania, Inc., not Curtain Call Theatre.

3. By Mail: To purchase tickets by mail call our box office (781-356-5113) or email (tickets@curtaincallbraintree.org) to request your tickets prior to mailing your payment. Once your request is confirmed, enclose a check made out to Curtain Call Theatre for the number of tickets you wish to purchase ($15 each for most concerts, $20 each for plays, $25 each for musicals) along with your name, contact info (phone or email) and performance date(s) you will be attending. Mail to Curtain Call Theatre, PO Box 850204, Braintree, MA 02185. Tickets are not guaranteed until we receive your payment. All reservations not paid for prior to 3 days before the performance date will be released for public sale.

4. At the Door: You may purchase tickets ($15 each for most concerts, $20 each for plays, $25 each for musicals) with cash or credit card at the door on performance days beginning one hour prior to the posted show time. Please note: credit card processing fee will apply to credit card transactions. Please be aware we are small theater with limited seating and sell outs are common.

Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds on purchased individual tickets. Individual tickets are not exchangeable.

Season Subscriptions

Subscriptions: Save with a subscription! Season ticket subscriptions for the 2019-2020 season are available by mail, online or via our Ticket Call Center (866-811-4111). You can download (see link above) and print an order form to purchase subscriptions by check and mail to Curtain Call Theatre, PO Box 850204, Braintree, MA 02185. Subscriptions purchased online or through our Call Center are subject to a service fee.

Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds on purchased subscription tickets. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets for a different night on a space-available basis up to one week before the opening night of the production.
